We understand that the weather down south can be unpredictable! That's why we offer a full refund for cancellation up until 24 hours before your hire commencement. If you cancel within 24 hours of your hire then you will be charged the full price with no refund.

While we're based in Centennial Park, we aim to provide our services across the Great Southern Region. We believe that there is always a work around when it comes to getting items to more remote locations. Delivery is free within 20km of Centennial Park, minimum order of $100 applies. 

However, always check in with us because if we are heading in your direction anyway we could potentially get that price down for you!

You can make changes to your hire order up to 24 hours before your scheduled hire. While we will make our best efforts to accommodate you, changes requested within 24 hours cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability of staff and hire items. Additional fees for the changes will be calculated on a case by case basis.

Yes, we offer several packages and bundles for party equipment hire that can save you money compared to hiring items individually. Contact us for more information and pricing.

Yes! We're conveniently located in Centennial Park. If you would like to come in and see our products simply call us on 0491029803 and we will organise a time with you. 

Albany Party Co and Monsterball South West are sister businesses! We function under the same company and same location. However, our booking and payment systems are separate so you'll need to book through the appropriate website. If you're hiring from both of us for the same party then give us a call so we can save you some money on delivery!
